With the support of 3 (three) modes of transportation, such as deep sea, toll access and direct train lines to the JIIPE area, enabling logistical costs to be more efficient because of the concept of the integrated JIIPE area. .

To support the Indonesian government's plan to move the economic sector by increasing industrial growth, JIIPE created a clustering system in industrial placements such as the Multipurpose Cluster, CPO & Liquid Cluster, Smelter Cluster, and the Clean Block Cluster where the cluster is specifically for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Consideration of building this special area, because the two industrial sectors are very close to the basic needs of the community. with this clustering system in the future can create synergy and efficiency. Of course, this special area will be an ideal place for pharmaceutical and food companies in Indonesia to plan new investments, expansion and relocation.
