JIIPE Industrial Estate in Manyar, Gresik - Surabaya is developing a facility that is to expand the second stage of the jetty area to the second JIIPE Industrial Estate with a length of 500 meters and will take around 18 months to work on. This project will cost around Rp 1.3 trillion in 2018. PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera (BMS) as the developer of the JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate is a joint venture of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. and PT Pelindo III (Persero)
JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate has been known as an industrial estate near Surabaya which has a port that has four docks with an area of 400 hectares. Since the JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate Port began operating in 2016, the port has been able to serve 500,000 tons of logistics vessels and has been increasing every year as investors grow, as in 2017 it increased to 1.3 million tons.
